1. Introduction
Welcome to North Star Loading Dock Equipment, part of TC & Sons LLC! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our products and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our products.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to North Star Loading Dock Equipment, a division of TC & Sons LLC.

• "Client" or "You" refers to any person or entity purchasing or using our products.

• "Products" refer to loading dock equipment manufactured and sold by the Company.

3. Sales Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or returned. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided, except as required by applicable law.

• Order Confirmation: Orders will be confirmed via email or written communication. It is the Client's responsibility to review the confirmation for accuracy and notify the Company of any discrepancies immediately.

4. Quotations and Payment

• Quotes provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

• Payment terms must be agreed upon at the time of order placement. The Client is responsible for ensuring prompt payment.

• Late payments may incur additional fees, interest, or suspension of future orders until the outstanding balance is cleared.

5. Delivery and Risk

• The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the specified time frame. However, delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

• The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Client upon delivery to the specified location or carrier.

• The Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and ensuring access for the delivery of equipment.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• The Company provides a limited warranty on its products for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper installation.

• The Company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Installation and Usage

• The Client is responsible for the proper installation and use of the products in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines.

• The Company is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from the improper installation, maintenance, or use of its products.

8. Compliance with Laws

• The Client agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the use and installation of loading dock equipment.

• It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for the use of the products.

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the products are the exclusive property of the Company.

• The Client may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any intellectual property without prior written consent from the Company.

10. Confidentiality

• Any proprietary information shared between the Company and the Client must remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation before resorting to litigation. If mediation fails, legal proceedings will take place in the courts of [specify jurisdiction].

12. Amendments

• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
