Refund Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to North Star Loading Dock Equipment, part of TC & Sons LLC! These Terms  ("Terms") govern the refund of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our products.

2. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to North Star Loading Dock Equipment, a division of TC & Sons LLC.

  • "Client" or "You" refers to any person or entity purchasing or using our products.

  • "Products" refer to loading dock equipment manufactured and sold by the Company.

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. No returns or exchanges will be accepted, except as required by applicable law.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product is received in defective or damaged condition, the Client must notify North Star Loading Dock Equipment within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The Client must provide detailed information about the defect or damage, including photographs, and keep the original packaging for inspection purposes.

  • The Company will evaluate the claim and, if approved, will either repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to the Client. The decision to repair or replace the product is at the sole discretion of the Company.

3. Warranty Claims

  • Products covered under our limited warranty are eligible for repair or replacement if a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period.

  • The Client must submit a warranty claim with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Warranty terms and conditions apply, and the warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. The Client is responsible for providing accurate specifications, and the Company will ensure that the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements.

5. Shipping and Handling Fees

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In the case of an approved return for defective or damaged items, the Company will cover the cost of return shipping.
